Ok, so it's the year 2010 and I'm sure we were supposed to be flying to work and have robots doing all the cleaning and cooking. What gives?

Although robot technology is lagging behind the cartoons we watched as children, the team at Insightful Systems have been busy tinkering with FileMaker Pro to provide functionality that'll make you feel like you've stepped into the future.

Google Maps Integration
While many of you might have seen a customer's address being displayed in Google Maps we've gone several steps further by providing features that can show:

• A map detailing all customers, relative to your office or another customers office based on a user specified radius, i.e. 30 kms from customer XYZ
• Driving directions from your office to a customers premises or a multi-leg trip, stopping at several locations

These features can be used to plan sales team visits, service visits, delivery routes or just gain a better understanding of where your customers are located. All with just a few clicks and without leaving your FileMaker database.
