Customer Web Portal provides insightful view

Insightful Systems have released a Client Web Portal that allows customers to review information regarding projects being carried out by Insightful Systems on their behalf. From within the website customers can update their contact details, review projects, view invoices and check on the status of support issues raised. They can even raise new support tickets directly via the website.

Content is displayed directly from the same database used by the Insightful Systems team ensuring customers and Insightful staff are all on the same page at the same time. All access is controlled by secure username and password authentication.
