LogMeIn Rescue - To The Rescue!
Insightful Systems provide ongoing support and maintenance for companies using FileMaker within Australia and overseas. One of the challenges associated with supporting FileMaker systems located throughout the world is the need to provide unscheduled system modifications or conduct user training "on demand".
Using LogMeIn Rescue we can access remote client computers without requiring pre-installation of software. This allows us to quickly establish a connection and carry out the required support without the need to involve the in-house IT department. This provides our customers with the support they're looking for without the fuss.
To initiate a new support session customers simply call our office or send us an email. We generate a new support PIN which is entered into the Remote Support of the Insightful website. After a small download we're connected to their computer and can provide the required assistance. We can even schedule a time for the remote computer to be accessed after business hours (as agreed with the customer).
